Ash & Ice is a Nordic style contrast therapy studio where the main focus is helping you to unlock your potential and increase your overall wellness through tested and proven methods.

Ash & Ice Sauna Selection

Our studio includes 2 traditional dry saunas heated to 220°F, 2 full spectrum infrared saunas 165°F, chromotherapy, Halo-One therapy, and we have four individual plunges ranging from 55°F to 40°F to suit your comfort level.
